Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use Tyekem. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be the person shown in your profile, and you may not impersonate anyone else. We may verify accounts to protect the community.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other members.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive.
• Use the service for solicitation, spam, scams, or commercial purposes.
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.

Content you share

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting it you grant Tyekem a limited licence to display it within the service so it can function. You are responsible for the content you share and the interactions you have.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk. You may stop using Tyekem and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

Tyekem helps people meet, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. Always use good judgement and follow our safety guidance. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
